By using this website, submitting an application, purchasing services, or participating in Victoriously Whole, LLC programs, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Victoriously Whole, LLC provides trauma-informed coaching, mentorship, parent guidance, family restoration support, emotional healing education, faith-aligned support, and practical integration tools.

Services may be delivered virtually, through sessions, digital resources, communication support, client portal access, or other agreed-upon methods.

Coaching and Support Disclaimer

Victoriously Whole, LLC services are educational, coaching-based, mentorship-based, and supportive in nature.

Services are not a substitute for medical care, licensed therapy, psychiatric treatment, psychological diagnosis, legal advice, crisis intervention, or emergency services.

Victoriously Whole, LLC does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical or mental health condition.

If you or someone you love is experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, abuse, danger, suicidal thoughts, or risk of harm, contact emergency services or a licensed crisis provider immediately.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own participation, choices, decisions, and implementation.

Healing and transformation require honesty, participation, consistency, and personal responsibility.

Results vary by individual and family.

Victoriously Whole, LLC does not guarantee specific emotional, relational, financial, spiritual, behavioral, or family outcomes.

Payment Terms

All payment terms, pricing, payment plans, billing dates, and program details are reviewed before enrollment.

By submitting payment, you agree to the payment terms presented at checkout, on invoice, or in written agreement.

If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments unless otherwise stated in writing.

Scheduling and Attendance

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.

Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows may be forfeited depending on the program terms.

Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, frameworks, worksheets, recordings, written content, and program tools provided by Victoriously Whole, LLC are for personal client use only.

They may not be copied, shared, resold, republished, or distributed without written permission.

Communication Boundaries

Victoriously Whole, LLC may provide communication support depending on the selected pathway.

Response times, communication access, and support boundaries vary by program and will be explained during enrollment.

Agreement Updates

Victoriously Whole, LLC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
